Welcome to our Home Education instalment of Special Operations Academy
Special Operations Academy provides educational, challenging and fun activities based on a spy school. The core program provides an educational STEM platform that incorporates mental and physical activities designed to stimulate the imagination, to help engage and challenge young people.
At the spy school your children will learn various aspects of spy training including code breaking and cryptography, dna testing, finger printing, lock picking, laser grid, mine field, agility course, communications, spy gadgets including parabolic Mike, hidden cameras, listening devices, drones, tactical training infusing unarmed combat and pistol shooting to mission training.
We will run the course as we do at schools, so that each course represents a term and will be charged per term and not on an individual week by week basis
The cost will be £54 per child for a 6 week course. (2 hour session)
This course will run on Fridays 12.30 to 2.30pm starting on Friday 30th October and running for 6 consecutive weeks
This 6 week course will consist of:
Wk 1 Code breaking and cryptography Fingerprinting

WHAT TO BRING:
Children will need to bring their own snack and drink for the session. Attendees are required to bring their own hand towel and preferably their own hand sanitiser. Children will also need to wear appropriate clothing... waterproofs, long sleeved top, long trousers and sturdy footwear. These are required even in warm weather. Children are not required to wear face coverings for the session and face coverings remain optional for adults.
Car parking is free and restricted to 10 cars A covid declaration will need to be completed on arrival We are required to take the temperature of all attendees upon arrival. This will be done by a non-contact thermometer. Practitioners will also check their own temperatures regularly throughout the session. Attendees will be required to use the mandatory hand sanitiser station on entry and exit to the site. PLEASE REMEMBER TO SOCIAL DISTANCE AT ALL TIMES
